Madina was born in Tashkent. She graduated from the Tashkent State Musical College named after Hamza, diploma with honors, teacher Kochetova G.B. She later graduated the Tashkent State Conservatoire named after M. Ashraphy, diploma with honors, Professor G. B. Kalmykova.
In 1992 she participated in The International Courses of the highest artistic pianists in memory of S. V. Rahmaninov with Professor A. I. Vedernikov of the Moscow State Conservatoire named after P. I. Tchaikovsky. Then, graduated from the post – graduate course at the Tashkent State Conservatoire; diploma with honors, Professor M. V. Gumarov.
Madina Fayziyeva - Laureate of International competitions – in 2001 was nominated for the Uzbekistan State Award «Nihol» organized by the President Islam Karimov. In 2006, 2007, 2009, 2011, she became the Laureate of «Bravo» Award from the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan for identifying talent and developing Pianists - Laureates of National and International competitions.
Since 2001 she has become a teacher. Since 2011 she has been an Associate professor in the Department of Special Piano of the State Conservatoire of Uzbekistan, in the Republic Special Musical Lyceum named after V. Uspensky and in the High School for gifted children at the State Conservatoire of Uzbekistan. She was a chairman of the Jury and a member of jury in the Republic Competitions among Musical Schools for children and in the Republic Competitions among Secondary special Educational establishments (from 2003 till 2011). Madina participated in International festivals of contemporary Music and Theatre “Ilhom – XX” (from 1999 till 2005). She played works of the following composers: I. Stravinskiy, K. Orf, N. Sidelnikov, S. Gubaydulina, B. Kutavichus, A. Schnitke, G. Kancheli, V. Silvestrov, D. Yanov-Yanovskiy, A. Latif-Zadeh and others).
In 2003, Madina was a participant of the performance group of “Dervish’s book” by A.Latif-Zadeh under Eldar Azimov’s production, where she played the piano, dutar, percussions and also sang. In 2004, she took part in XXVI International Festival of Contemporary Music «Moscow Autumn 2004» together with S. Yakovenko, Russian National Artist. Madina Fayziyeva took part in recording the music to «Smekhogramm» to the animation movie by Sergey Alibekov, as well as to «Sellers of rubber» by the play written by Hanokh Levin, the Israeli playwright (D. Yanov-Yanovsky's music).
She was the first to perform concerts «Al-Zikr 2002» (2000) and «Liber scriptus» (2001) by A. Latif-Zadeh for the fortepiano with orchestra. Besides contemporary music concerts, Madina also performs solo concert programs of classical music by J. S. Bach, W. A. Mozart, L. Beethoven, J. Brahms, F. Chopin, R. Schumann, F. Liszt, C. Debussy, M. Mussorgsky, P. Tchaikovsky, S. Rahmaninov, A. Scriabin, S. Prokofyev, D. Shostakovich, etc.
In a piano duet with professor of the Department of Special Piano of the State Conservatoire of Uzbekistan Marat Gumarov with the participation of a chamber orchestra «Turkeston» conducted by Eldar Azimov M. Fayziyeva have performed lately such works as: J. S. Bach – Concerts g-moll (for piano with orchestra), c-moll (for two pianos with orchestra), C-dur (for three pianos with orchestra), d-moll (for three pianos with orchestra), a-moll (for four pianos with orchestra); W. A. Mozart - Concerts Es-dur (for two pianos with orchestra), F-dur (for three pianos with orchestra); «Animals’ carnival» by C. Saint-Saëns; Concert for two pianos with orchestra by F. Poulenc.
Madina played «Scottish ballad» by B. Britten for two pianos with orchestra with Vladislav Kosminov in the concerts of the National Symphonic Orchestra Respublik of Uzbekistan conducted by Aziz Shohakimov.
